Name on L-Arginine Products

The name "Dr. Ann de Wees Allen" is a Federally Registered ® Trademark and cannot be used in any format whatsoever, or on any product or website, without prior contractual and written consent from Dr. Allen's attorneys.

Boresha International has full legal rights to use the Registered Trademark Dr. Ann de Wees Allen®, on the ArgMatrix™ product, and will prosecute any party illegally using Dr. Allen’s name on an L-Arginine product, or in any marketing material related to any L-Arginine product.

Any company or person or website using the name Dr. Ann de Wees Allen® as related to any L-Arginine product, other than ArgMatrix™ constitutes the blatant and illegal use of Dr. Allen’s name.

The name Dr. Ann de Wees Allen® is duly registered at the United States Patent and Trademark Office (www.USPTO.gov), and as such, cannot be use in any manner without prior written permission from Dr. Allen.

The Unites States PTO recognizes the worth of famous persons by granting Registered Trademarks on their names, in order to prevent unscrupulous use of their names. Since Dr. Allen’s Patents have generated over $ 1 Billion dollars, and her scientific reputation is of high-value in the public arena, her name is protected by a U.S. Registered Trademark.

Illegal use of the name Dr. Ann de Wees Allen® still persists in the nutrition industry. Companies and persons attempt to use her name to garner scientific respectability, when in reality, they do not even know Dr. Allen. This is considered fraudulent use of Dr. Allen’s name and reputation.

Dr. Allen’s legal team, along with Boresha’s legal team, is seeking out all illegal uses of the name Dr. Ann de Wees Allen® in order to halt this fraudulent activity.

Any use of Dr. Ann de Wees Allen’s® name, picture, likeness, research, data, patents, or any other Intellectual Property belonging to Dr. Allen, used on any website, including UTube and MySpace, any brochure, advertisement, marketing piece, label, product literature, or any other use is prohibited, and is illegal.

Violators will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law for fraud, Trademark infringement, and Copyright infringement.

Kindly assist Boresha International in finding and prosecuting perpetrators. If any person knows of any company or person illegally using Dr. Allen’s name or likeness, he/she is urged to contact Boresha International immediately.

Any statement by a Synergy distributor claiming that Synergy’s L-Arginine is a Dr. Allen product, is considered fraud and Trademark Infringement. Dr. Ann de Wees Allen® is not associated with Synergy in any manner, nor are any of Dr. Allen’s Patented products licensed to Synergy, including L-Arginine. Any illegal use of Dr. Allen's name and/or L-Arginine Patents and research is prohibited and will be prosecuted under the law, including Trademark Infringement and Fraud.
